ClamDoor Bulkhead Door – Details

The ClamDoor is a single, fully-assembled unit that fits all standard openings. Its single, smooth-action door is quiet, safe, and secure – and feather-light to open and close.

The ClamDoor features a cam lock accessible from the outside of the door along with an exterior handle. Inside the door there are two heavy duty catches to lock the cover down to maintain its weather tight integrity. There are two large air pistons that support the lid of the bulkhead door while open and a handle to close the door from the inside as well.

The hinges on the ClamDoor are made of galvanized steel to provide years of reliable service. The lid of the ClamDoor is trimmed with a heavy duty weather seal gasket providing an excellent barrier from the elements.
